springfield abortion lobbyingBy Kelly Johnson

Here’s a great opportunity.

I have always been fascinated with government and how laws come into existence. As a pro-life Illinois citizen, I feel that people should be informed about the process.

It is very important to understand how the state makes laws because that is where abortion laws are made. Understanding this process will help pro-lifers everywhere become more effective at changing the laws to be more pro-life.

Senator Dan Duffy is speaking about “Springfield 101”, which is a forum on how laws get passed in the Illinois State Senate.  This forum is taking place on August 20th from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at Cook Memorial Library in Libertyville IL (413 N. Milwaukee Ave Libertyville IL) .

Springfield 101 is free to attend but you have to register in advanced with Lake County Right to Life. So, if you have any questions or want to attend this informative event you can reach the Lake County Right to Life at (847) 223-7022. Or you can e-mail them at lakectyrtl@sbcglobal.net

This event would be beneficial for pro-lifers of all ages.  So, go ahead and make the phone call, you know you want to.
